What If I Have Pain In Several Places?
Choose the area that bothers or inhibits you most. Generally speaking, it is best to restore balance and function in the hips and shoulders first, as those dictate how your spine and lower joints move. If most of your pain is in the lower body, start with the Hip Ritual. If that discomfort resides in the upper body, begin with the Shoulder/Upper Back Ritual.
