Our limitations show us where we are operating out of alignment. This is true for life, and true for the body. When these compensations go unaddressed, they become more hard-wired, and more time-consuming to tease out.

While we might be aware of some asymmetries, we are often unaware of the ripple effect they cause throughout the whole body. No imbalance exists in a vacuum; the body is working in constant relationship to its counterpart. Perhaps you resonate with one (or more) of the following:

  • You have tight quads and hips, and struggle to engage your glutes.
  • You feel compression/pain in your low back, and your lower abs are not as strong as you’d like
  • Your pecs are tight, and your upper back and shoulders are rounded forward
